April 10, 2010, in partnership with APPCA, Chef Tom Herndon of Full Fridge in San Francisco will lead his third Mindful Culinary Adventure. We’ll fly to Paris and transfer to the high-speed TGV train. Then we’ll speed through the lovely French countryside to arrive in picaresque, historical Carcassone, where we’ll spend two nights to catch our breath and get into the local rhythm. After our rest, we’ll transfer to our own private barges to cruise the beautiful Canal du Midi through southern France. At the conclusion of our cruise, we’ll take the bullet train back to Paris to spend five glorious days in the City of Lights!
