If you are in the neighborhood of Las Vegas this weekend, there are 4 or 5 FOOD events and conferences you might want to check out, and APPCA will be involved in most of them, so stop by and say HI!

Friday 2/22 - Saturday 2/23: Foodservice Educators Network Inc. Conference (FENI) at Texs Station. I'll be MC'ing this event and would love to see you. This is a national conference with terrific Master's Classes and break out sessions.
Saturday 2/23: National Pork Board "Taste of Elegance" Competition - Texas Station. I'll be MC'ing this event as well from Noon - 1:30 p.m. This is always an exciting, delicious competition with major talent competing for $$$.
Sunday 2/24: APPCA Conference Opening Cocktail Party - Sam's Town Monday 2/24: APPCA Summit Sam's Town Tuesday 2/25: APPCA Personal Chef Office Training, 8:30 a.m. - 1L30 p.m., Sam's Town.
CATERSOURCE: 2/24;2/25;2/26; 2/27 Las Vegas Hilton Convention Center - We are presenting a panel discussion and participating in the Trade Show. This is a HUGE National Conference with a GIANT Tradeshow and lots of amazingly talented caterers teaching technique and tips.
ACF Culinary Competition: 2/25 Las Vegas Hilton Convention Center Three of our members are competing again this year - They all took medals last year and hope to do so again. This is a big competition and the competitors from all over the West take this one really seriously.

So much for a "relaxing few days" in Vegas for you and the APPCA team! Lol. You'll all save some gambling cash for sure with that schedule.
Try to enjoy yourself and take a break at some point. You work far too hard. We all certainly appreciate everything you do for us. You're a truly wonderful lady.
