Hello Everyone, In looking at the info on the website re: insurance. Question: what exactly is a "per-event, advance notice catering rider"? I have an idea but want to double check. Thank you very much
It simply means that if you decide as a personal chef to do any catering jobs, you can get coverage to do that event by contacting the insurance company and having them issue a rider to your coverage.
I get one every year to cover the cooking classes that I teach. My classes are fully covered and the county that sponsors them is named as an additionally insured at no additional cost to me.
