Hi everybody! What's cookin? I was just wondering if there are any Vegetarian PC's out there and how they went about marketing and getting clients. I'd love to do the vegetarian route, but I'm not sure if it would be too limiting.
We have some successful vegetarian cooks, but they usually started by cooking everything, and narrowing their practice as they continued to grow. If you limit yourself to vegetarian clients initially, it may take a while longer to get your business up and running.
