My fiance is looking into becoming a Personal Chef in Washington State. We've tried getting information on requirements from the local health department with no success. Are there any personal chefs from WA out there who could send me some info or some numbers/links I can check out?

Brannon... Another thing that you can do is check out the find a chef site, pick a couple of the PCs in your area and e mail or call them. Everyone that I contacted at the apca returned my inquiries. More questions just call Candy on the 800#, she has been more than helpfull in the start up of my business.
