Without question,probably the most lucrative and return to value opportunity that you could have in joining our Association and/ or Industry would be to attend the Summit in San Diego this October 8-10. If there is any way you can swing it. DO IT! You won't be happier that you did this as your first step and rub elbows with some of thev Top Chefs in the country and not simply PC's either.

Hello John, Great advice. I'm a newbie and I am so glad I joined the APCA and decided to go to San Diego even though I am not a chef --YET. Looking forward to meeting you, Candy and many of the other chef members and thank you again for your encouragement to those of us who are transitioning.
