Hi Imani,
What a coincidence. I was at your school (on Wabash) yesterday to visit a colleague. I would have loved to have met you, but maybe next trip to Chicago we can have a visit. You are most welcome to contact our Regional Manager in the Chicago area for information, and I'm sure he'll invite you to the next local chapter meeting so you can meet some of our members. That would make it possible for you to ask about accompanying one of the chefs for a day. You can reach Mike Sodaro at 630 795-0100. Best wishes to you! candy wallace |

Hi Imani,
The next Chicagoland Chapter meeting will be Wednesday, November 5 at 7 pm at Lexington College. If you like, I'll add you to our Chapter e-mail notification list so you'll get all the details. Just drop me an e-mail with your name, phone and e-mail address. Chef Karen Tursi CHOP Personal Chef Services www.chop-pcs.com karen@chop-pcs.com |

Hi Carolynne,
I think that's a great idea! I just took the seminar last weekend, and realized I struggled for 10 months on my own. This business is just as much about marketing as it is about cooking. Because this is a relatively new industry, the marketing approach is different. Learning from successful "pioneers" 10 months ago would have saved me a lot of time getting my business up and running. Best of luck with your new child and your new PC business!!! Carol |
