Hello Olive...This training class took place in San Diego, California. Candy Wallace conducts these 2 day training classes in many different places. You can read about them and the home study courses as well on the Persanal Chef website. There are 3 options. Very likely one of them would fit your budget. I felt it was necessary and worth the cost...especially if it can help me from making costly mistakes due to lack of knowledge and experience in this business.
