Alright then, next weekend Boston had better call out the extra troops. APPCA is coming to town!

Our Boston seminar is next Sat and Sun the 21st and 22nd at the Quality Inn and Suites in Lexington, MASS. By the way, please do not follow the map on the website link to get to the hotel...if you do you will end up in Dallas! Which is fine if that's the seminar you want to attend. That link is to the hotel for the Dallas meeting...I'll let Denny know today.

LOCAL CHEFS - Of course you are invited to come in on Sunday morning, anytime after 10:30 in the morning. We would love to have you there to talk with the new folks about this business.

ATTENDEES: Bring your training manual, a notebook and a pen.

BREAKFAST: On both days, I will meet you in the Quality Inn breakfast area...guests of the hotel, not a problem...if you are not a guest and live locally, I will take care of the charge for breakfast for you.

Lunch is on me...we'll be walking to someplace within a reasonable distance.

DINNER: Saturday night...Dutch treat, we'll find someplace nice to go and guarantee we'll have a great time. If any of you local guys want to join us, please let me know so we can count you in.

This is going to be a great learning weekend....I know that you will all be supercharged and raring to go.

If you have not registered, and want to attend the seminar, please contact Denny at once. I will have one package with me for any late registrants, but if you contact the office by Monday morning, they can still get a package to you in time for the class.

Do not plan on attending this seminar unless you are really serious about getting into this business. You will be working very hard and learning a lot...we will not let you let it go to waste.

See you Friday night or Sat in Lexington, Mass. I will be arriving sometime around 1:00 in Boston, and will drive straight to the hotel. Will be leaving Sun at 1:50, so will have to plan my departure from the hotel accordingly.

I went to the Boston Training session This last week-end. After joning the APPCA last June, I started with the materials only due to many "life things" going on with my family. Becoming a Personal Chef is a dream come true for me so reading through the materials and acting on them covered all aspects of getting my business started. But I have to say that meeting with Jim and the other Chefs who came to the meeting to help out, was inspirational. Speaking with them pulled the program together to show that it really can be successful. The Training put the icing on the cake.

Thank you Jim for lunch and for all the wonderful stories you shared at dinner.

Joyce remember what I said to you, act busy and you'll get busy. Trust me on this.
I think you are moving along just fine.
Go at your comfortable pace but never stop.
Anything I can do to help you out...just call or email me. Now I definitely know where to send my western Mass referals to. I get at least 2 a year out that way so you may hear from me at some point.

Good luck! It was pleasure to have met you finally!
