12:00 - 1:00 Lunch (Working - Marketing)
1:00 - 5:30 Marketing, advertising and sales
Dinner on your own - though we usually get a group together for dinner.

9:00 - 12:30 Assessment role playing, sales, day in the life of a personal chef. 12:30 1-30 p.m. Q&A
Local chefs are invited to drop in to the meeting anytime after 10:30 so that we can have a chance to meet them and talk about the business.
