I am in the process of starting my own pc business. I am having a really hard time trying to figure out what to charge my clients. It seems as though some pc's charge a flat rate plus groceries, others per hour + groceries and I even have a woman that is a pc in my area who charges $350 for 5 entrees and sides for 2 people for 10 nights (4 portions). I am totally confused. Can anyone tell me what method they have found to be profitable ? Thanks !
