Hi Everyone! I thought you'd enjoy seeing a recent message from Connie Irons regarding the GOING THE DISTANCE: Nationwide Bike Tour for MS, that her son Nick is making, covering 10,000 miles around the perimeter of the U.S. Our APCA Chefs have been feeding Nick and his crew during this incredible journey, and here is Connie's latest message:
"Hi Candy, Once again, APCA---what a wonderful group of people! I want to thank you so much for all you and your members have done for Nick and crew and the Going the Distance project. Working with you and the other chefs has been a joy. During my often outrageously crazy days I can always count on a laugh or a boost to my spirits when I speak with you. Your members are kind, generous, warm and a lot of fun and Nick has enjoyed each and every one of his "personal chefs". Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to work with your great organization."
