Our next meeting is Wednesday, September 5 at 7:00 pm. We'll be having a casual dinner at:

This small, moderately priced Mexican restaurant serves a mole negro that rivals Rick Bayless's Topolobampo. While their regular menu includes Mexican and Tex-Mex favorites, their specials can be considered "haute" Mexican.

And, their margaritas are fantastic. However, if you decide to have more than one, we'll confiscate your car keys.

We'll met at 7:00 pm, and will begin ordering at 7:30 pm.

If you' are going to join us, please let me know by Tuesday, no later than 7 pm so I can tell the owner how many people to expect.

In other news, we may schedule a special meeting in October to visit a new commercial kitchen space in Evanston. Details will follow.
