Is anyone aware of this type of program being offered in the Chicago area? I am a career changer and currently enrolled at my local College Culinary program. I plan on completing as many production classes as possible before starting up my PC business. I think I can convince the school to allow this, being the APCA is ACF accredited. Any comments (job offers) would be appreciated. I will work cheap but not for free.
