Greetings Fellow Culinary Explorers:

I have been a Personal Chef for the last 2 years and it has always been a dream of mine to publish my family favorite recipes along with my clients favorites in my very own cookbook.

So after attending last years summit especially the session on creating your own cookbook, I started the process. I hired a designer, found a printer, hired a photographer, tested and retested every recipe, obtained by own Library of Congress number and ISBN, and whew now I have 1000 copies of my very own cookbook, Personal Chef Secrets.

Unfortunately, I won't be attending this years summit, instead I am catering my parents 50th Anniversary.

Has anyone purchased this book? I noticed there are no reviews on amazon.com, and nothing else mentioned here about the recipes in it.

Val - the writer of the book - appears to continue to be a member of APPCA, but hasn't posted for 3 years.

I have the book you were selling several years ago.
Did you re-write it last year? Is this a different book?

Many thanks to Jackie, who pointed out to me that Val's original message about the cookbook she created and published was in 2004. No wonder I thought it was the book she published several years ago. It's the same book.

I have to remember to read the dates on the posts so I don't vague out again.
