Hello all, For the past week or so I have been online reading as much as I can through the forums. Now I am toying with joining the community and association. I just felt that as I ask questions or reply to topics it would be appropriate for me to introduce myself! I'm 22 and have been working in the restaurant industry since I was 14. Now finishing up my final semester and receiving my B.S. in Culinary Management, I am perusing my MBA. Many times since I have been at Newbury College I have been recommended to be a personal chef for many locals in Boston. I love it, and now that I'll have more time, I'm considering starting it as a profession to get me through Grad School. So all this advice is amazing!! So thanks and it'll be great communicating with you all!
