Hey Lisa (and everyone else for that matter!) I just popped into the forum to say hello and tell you that I miss everyone and being a PC so much! We finally got settled here in Hot Springs, AR and bought a house and I spent most of my time stripping wallpaper and painting....I went from a 1,000 sf condo to a 26,000 sf house with almost 3 acres! I miss being a PC so much, but this town just isn't the place to do it. I'm getting my fix by preparing food for my grandmother who has been sick and not eating well. I pack it in dry ice and UPS it to her in East Tennessee.

Lisa....drop me a note sometime and let me know how things are going. Still cooking for the Greenfield's? I hope things are going well for you!

How great to hear from you.
It sounds as if you have really had your hands full getting settled. I'd much rather cook than strip or hang wallpaper. Heck I'd rather do almost ANYTHING than strip or hang wallpaper.
You must have a lot of patience.

I'm sorry your grandmother isn't feeling well, but it probably feels really good to be able to send her healthy meals overnight. I shipped meals to my Mother in Central Illinois for years every two weeks. She loved receiving them, and eating them, and I had the peace of mind of knowing that she was eating healthy meals.

Keep us posted when you have a chance - it's a treat to hear from you! Enjoy your new home!
