Final arrangements have been made for the Nov. 15 and 16 seminar, held in Gaithersburg, MD. A block of rooms have been held at the Holiday Inn, in Gaithersburg. Call the Holiday Inn direct to make your reservations. I have been warned that the hotel is fairly full for the weekend so if you are planning on attending it and you need room reservations, now would be a good time to call and make your arrangements.
DO NOT CALL THE HOLIDAY INN 800 NUMBER...call the Gaithersburg Holiday Inn direct to get the room at our rate of $69. The rooms are being held under APCA.
If you are traveling in from out of the DC area and will be using the Metro...take the Red LIne to the Shady Grove Station, call the Holiday Inn and they will send a van to pick you up. On both Saturday and Sunday morning, the van will leave the Holiday Inn to take you to the seminar location at 8:15 AM, and will return to pick you up at 6:00 on Saturday and 1:00 on Sunday.

This is the last seminar of the year. If you intend to get your business off the ground early in the new year this is your chance to take the step that will move your business faster than any other way we know of.
Local chefs are invited to attend the seminar on Sunday morning, after 10:30 am. We would welcome any of you that can make it.
