Your Host and Instructor is Dane Mechlin. I am a 5 year working Personal Chef veteran and an active member of the APCA and ACF. My training includes a culinary degree at the California Culinary Academy, a BBA from Cleveland State University, Annual Speaker at APCA Summits and CEC (Certified Executive Chef -ACF).
