That's southern for "the East Coast seminars are starting up again."

Check out the schedule on the home page...three new locations...Tampa, Dallas and our second one in Boston...and we are adding Cleveland back to the schedule. Will be posted soon.

For those of you new in the business, I guarantee that attending one of these seminars will do more to jump start your business than anything else that you can do. It will be the best investment you will ever make in your busisness. It's even better than that new set of copper All-Clad...and less expensive, too!

A two day investment in time will reward you with a real return on your investment.

The next seminar is in New Jersey (just 3 miles from Manhattan). If you want to attend, make the decision today and contact Denny at the San Diego office on Monday morning. It is not too late.

For those of you attending the seminars, remember that you do need to bring your training manual with you, but not the recipes or other materials. I'll provide you breakfast and lunch both days, and we'll do a dutch treat dinner on Saturday night.

Local chefs are invited to drop in Sunday morning after 10:30 so that you can get a chance to meet them and talk with them. AND LOCAL CHEFS...PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU PLAN TO COME BY.

Any of you that have attended a seminar might want to make a comment here about their value so that others can draw from your experience.

See y'all in New Jersey next Friday night, and for breakfast on Saturday morning. And you know that we will have one of those absolutely marvelous dinners at my favorite Spanish restaurant in just about the whole world.

Welll....Thank you Jethro!

You Hillbillies are so damn cute and Fuzzy. No way I can wait until 10:30 on Sunday morning either.

How about I just bring you in some...Black Gold.. Texas Tea and movie stars?

Can't wait to see you either. Ever since they stopped runnin' the Beverly Hillbillies on TVland. You'll have to do. Plus, your the best Seminar teacher in the whole culinary world. Will Ms. Hathaway be coming too? We'll have to do one of our evening get togethers, if you'd like. I'll push Javier, Dennis and Christine. We know a Great TAPAS place too, not far from the Embassy Suites.

I can't wait to see you here.

Anyone who misses one of these opportunities is just shooting themselves in the foot from the "GIT-GO".

He's the greatest and I show up to see him as often as I can. Greatest man in the world. And the knowledge he holds, will take you newbies and Vets far..

Hope to see many of you in Boston, well into a SOX first place winning streak!!

Best wishes to all of you out there. See you in Boston soon - John

Coon - you missed the memo! We are having the Boston seminar in FAR SOUTH BOSTON, so it qualifies, as does DC, because we actually meet in the southern half of Gaithersburg, MD, and that is truly deep south!

Hi Jim
I lived in DC back before there was a beltway. It is still one of the best places to get good Bluegrass music. We use to hit clubs all around the DC area. The beltway made that a whole lot better, and faster to get around. Maybe I am telling my age, but it was a real nice city back then.

If you can't say something nice, say nothing at all, as my dear old momma used to say.

Hope you did not think I saying bad things about DC. I moved away almost 40 years ago. It was a very nice then. I hope it still is, but I bet it got bigger. The cost of living has really gone up, we paid 12,000 for a new 5 bed, 3 bath in Springfield. I need to come back for a visit and see how things have changed. Still a Redskin fan, and my last baseball game was the Senators. I still have the old wooden bobblehead. Keep in touch, you can reach me at coontree@bellsouth.net
