Yesterday I just got my first client. I am charging a flat rate for my entrees including sides. Should I also charge a container fee to cover the initial cost of containers or should I just figure after the initial investment it will even out in the end?
You should definitely charge a container fee. If you don't, then the cost of the containers is eating into your profit. If you are all-inclusive, you can build the container fee into your price, so you can still be all-inclusive. I would suggest doing this.
