Hello! My name is Samantha (you can call me Sam).After weeks of debating I have decided to join you and become a personal chef. I've been a housewife for the past five years due in part to a back injury (I'm all better now) and I really didn't want to get back into the daily grind of doing something that I hate so instead I decided to concentrate on something I love...cooking! I spent all day pouring over the archives and what few questions nagged at the back of my mind Candy has quickly answered. I already feel at home here! So Candy, the check is in the mail and I can't wait until my training materials arrive! Gee, I feel like a kid on my way to Disneyworld... Are we there yet??? LOL!

Gee Candy, I've never actually been but I do plan to go there one day! I'll tell you what was a major factor in my decision. It was the fact that the APCI is a member of the BBB online reliability program and when I checked out the USPCA it said that they were not currently under the BBB online reliability seal program. It really made me wonder! Besides, I find myself wanting to be a part of what seems like a huge family! Thanks again for all of your help! - Sam
