I have been monitoring the open formum for the last week and am truly impressed with everyone's enthusiasm, friendliness and knowledge. I live about one hour from Toronto, Ontario in a city called Guelph, Ontario (can you pronoune it - I dare you to try!). A special hello to Chef Terry who I plan on emailing with a few questions. Thank you Candy for responding to my several emails and I do plan on calling you very soon. I guess that is it for now. I am still weighing all the pros and cons at this point. I am currently working full time at the University of Guelph but will be graduating on June 12th with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I feel it is a perfect time in my life to make a few changes career wise. Oh I forgot to say, it has taken me 10 years (WOW) to complete this degree while working full time, taking courses part time and raising two children. Thank you everyone for taking the time to read my email.
