I really want to attend a 2 day seminar. I know I will get more out of being there in person. But between scheduling issues and airfare the next few scheduled seminars might not work for me.
Is the schedule final for this year, or is there any chance of additional dates? Preferably in the midwest? If I purchase and receive the materials now, can the cost apply towards attending a seminar later? I've been laying the groundwork for a PC career change. I work in the industry and will finish a 2 year culinary program this summer. I am excited to get my business up and running. I am sure the support, knowledge and resources here will be a great help!
Yes, the schedule is pretty well set for the year. That answers your first question. BTW, congratulaions on your progress in the culinary program...that is exciting!
You can and should go ahead now and purchase the training program, you can schedule and attend a seminar anytime after you become a member for a flat fee of $350. In the meantime you can begin studying the manual and getting familiar with the terminology and the lay of the land.
Good luck, and we hope to see you at a seminar later this year.
Just to let you know, I am one that bought the training package, then attended a seminar that was most convenient for me 9 months later. It gave me time to get a lot of the little but important things needed out of the way. The training materials helped in getting my biz plan together, getting info on DBA/LLC, & other basics of how to start the business side of being a personal chef. The member's forum AND the materials, helped me to learn how to charge for my services etc. The seminar...WOW! It really jumpstarted my biz...so, I can honestly say not to wait. My only regret is that I didn't get order my materials sooner...not to mention waiting to attend the seminar! Good luck to you!
