I have been thinking strongly about joining the pc business, and in my online research have decided that the APCA is the way for me to go. My problem is that I am a Mac user. I downloaded the sample recipes from this site and found that they are .exe. Mac users cannot open .exe docs. Will my whole cookbook be unreadable for me? Will I have to buy a peecee? Perish the thought!

Hi Carol,

At the bottom of the recipe download page is a link to a page which has all the recipes in HTML format which can be accessed by Mac or PC operating systems.

Go to http://www.personalchef.com/freerx.htm

When ordering your training system specify that have a Mac system and we will ensure that you receive the cookbooks in Mac format.

Thanks for your question!

I'm a MAC user too but I just rely on the three ring binder recipe book because I have no way of using the disk that the recipes are on because I have a CD Rom in my computer not a floppy drive. I survive just fine! big grin
