Hello to all just wanted to introduce myself to the community. I'm a culinary graduate form the CCA in San Francisco, I've jumped around from numerous restaurants from sushi to fine dining and I figured forget spending 12 hours working in someone else's kitchen when I can work in my own. So I just signed up for the San Diego seminar and I was just wondering will I be receiving my materials before the seminar at the end of this month or will I be getting them through the mail before hand and feedback will be greatly appreciated and thank you.

Btw, you won't be working in your own kitchen...but at your client's kitchen instead...of course, I think we know what you really meant...no more long hours in a restaurant. Wink
