Happy New Year Fellow Chefs,
Our first meeting of 2008 will be on Tuesday, January 15 at 7:00 pm, hosted by Chef/Instructor Linda Rosner at Lexington College, 310 S. Peoria in downtown Chicago. There is free parking in the school's parking lot. We will have elections for board members, discuss public relations and marketing ideas to build our businesses, and schedule future meetings. There will also be time for networking and sharing war stories from the holidays. Linda and her students will provide pizzas. Please bring your own beverages.
