As I said a few days ago we were waiting for our "rowboat to come in" - and it did today! We'll have to run to the bank in the morning and then I'm ready to make the next step - to join and get started!!! I'm sure you could hear my squeal of joy when I opened the check!

I am afraid for the time being it will have to be the home study route for me - but I am so ready!!! Perhaps if we don't empty the rowboat too far we can make it to Vegas. That would be fun.

Hi everyone, I tried to register just now and found I'm still a member around here!! How great! I'm a friend of Sharon's and I've been bugging her to get her self over here to APCA and get started with the rest of her life and now, it looks like it's finally happening!

What a treat to hear from you! It's been so long since we've had a chance to visit. I'm sorry I missed your message last night - have been flghting the flu so I turned in early.

She called this morning, and we both had a chance to say how wonderful we think you are and how lucky she is to have you as a resource up in Stockton.

If you and your hubby are going to be at the ACF Western Region Conference in Salt Lake City in April, let's sit down and get all caught up. I'll be presenting a program for chefs looking to segue out of commercial cooking into the personal and private chef sector, but will have lots of time for a good visit with you.

Thank you again for your kind words to Sharon. I think this is such an appropriate step for her and it is wonderful to know she has a guardian angel looking over her named CJ.
