NORTH JERSEY (METRO NEW YORK), GAITHERSBURG, MD (METRO DC) AND MEMPHIS (METRO SOUTH!!)
This coming Sat and Sun I will be in North Jersey for our fall edition of the seminar, The Business of Doing Business as a Personal Chef. This is the original and only personal chef seminar that is based on the personal experiences of working personal chefs. This is an all day Saturday seminar and half a day on Sunday.
Gaithersburg is the weekend of Oct. 6 and 7 and Memphis the weekend of October 20 and 21.
Local chefs from each area are invited to come in on Sunday morning after 10:30 to visit with the attendees and answer questions.
If you want to be a personal chef, this is the fastest and most efficient way to get your business off the ground. If you are already a member of APPCA and so far not been successful in getting your business to the place you would like for it to be...remember, you only pay the difference between your original training package and the current price for a seminar.
ALSO, MOST IMPORTANT. We provide lunch on Saturday at no additional cost to you. On Saturday night we visit a local restaurant and share a dutch treat dinner. In New Jersey we visit without a doubt one of the finest Spanish Restaurants anywhere. And this is from a guy that lived in Puerto Rico for several years, and traveled world wide. You woould have to look awfully hard to find a better restaurant than the one I have lined up for you on Sat night in North Jersey.
In Gaithersburg we also have a great steak house that has been setting the standards for steaks and chops for over 30 years. Wonderful local restaurant.
In Memphis, unless Carol comes up with something better, we'll attack the Rendevous...probably one of the most famous barbecue restaurants in the country. But again, I am certainly open to suggestions. Carol, we will all place our Sat night dinner in your capable hands.
