Hi, all! Me again. I tried my first freezing last night: broiled samon on wild rice. I am tempted to open the freezer and warm it just to see how it looks! hehe Anyway... I was wondering (for the Moderator and/or Chef Candy) if I could possibly put the startup kit on "lay-a-way"? The cost of it is a VERY significant part of my monthly salary, and the only way I could possibly purchase it is if I could pay in installments. Thanks!
