Hi Candy and everyone! :D

It's been a long time since I have been on the forum. This is Roseann Pairo bka Dinner by Roseann. I have been in Ventura Ca for the past 4 1/2 yrs and ended up giving up the business to work full time. I now work for the Ventura county Sheriff's Dept.
But, my husband accepted a new position with his previous company back in Alexandria VA. So we will be moving back after the kids finish school in June. We should be there
around July 1st.
What I would like to do is get back into the personal chef business again. I really really missed it.
What do I need to do to get back? Will I have to do all the training again? or what training do you suggest. I probably need a refresher course.
We will be actually living in Alexandria this time and not going back to Maryland. Is there still a Mid-Atlantic group? Does anyone do catering and need catering help that I could do to sharpen my skills?

Lots of questions.
I am really looking forward to seeing everyone again too.

talk to you soon.

WOW! Roseann! Hi!
What a treat to hear from you!

You must feel as if you just got unpacked when your furniture and treasures start to shake and line up at the door again - ready to move back across the country.
I HATE moving, and I really applaud you for being so flexible - especially when you have to organize and motivate your entire family as well. You ROCK!

Alexandria VA is going to be a much easier area for you - compared to the Annapolis area where you started out. That whole Metropolitan D.C. area is really savvy about using personal services, and personal chefs are well received and BOOKED in that area. Lucky you!

Give me a call and we'll be happy to help you get back in the personal chef world. No worries. I'm looking forward to working with you again - you've been missed.

Hope your move is uneventful and everything makes it to Alexandria undamaged - including all of the Pairo family.

Call if you need me. I'm still at 800-644-8389.
Candy
