We have rescheduled the CPC meeting for Tuesday, February 5 (Mardi Gras) at 7:00 pm at Lexington College. Chef Linda Rosner and I will be making gumbo and crawfish etoufee. We'll supply the beer.

For newbies, it's a great way to meet your colleagues, network, and get your questions answered. Plus, there will be lots of food and beer!

Karen - I am available for the Gumbo and Crawfish Etouffee and for the beer, especially the beer! Please forward a round trip ticket (coach is fine). I make a great assistant, I can do a song and dance routine, not very good but extremely funny, and the more beer we all have had the funnier I get.

Have the ticket made out in may name and forward asap so I can make the other necessary arrangements.

Yeah, Jim, like you're really gonna fly to cold, snowy Chicago in February for gumbo and etoufee! It was -8 degrees, with a -28 windchill when I left to cook at a client's house this morning. And there's another Winter Storm Watch for tomorrow.

Now, on the other hand, I'll be happy to buy you a beer or three in Vegas in a few weeks, provided you sing AND dance!
