Today, I went to the public library here in Columbia, MO, because they were having a book sale. I went over to the cooking section and what did I find for $0.50? Jane Butel's "Freezer Cookbook", 300 pages of tips, recipes, and information on freezing food. Not a bad buy, if you ask me!
Then I went to the periodicals section and found an article from the Indianapolis Business times or something like that and I found an interview on Chef Candy. What a day I am having! smile

Hi Jon-Paul!

I went to college at Mizzou (graduated 1991). Whenever I see a post from you I think about Shakespeare's Pizza (sigh).

Cheers,

Janet B
