Because of Candy,who is just beyond. I potentially have 10... you heard right... 10 new clients! Due to her aggressive marketing and recognition from the powers that be. As a result of her savvy marketing and networking she has been contacted from all around the globe asking her for chef referrals [luck us]

From the 10 referred, I know a minimum of 7 permanent clients will result.
Just so you know, I just got started in December part-time and full time in January. Although I have taken it slow... learned from a former full time business, moving to fast is not a good idea; I already have 4 steady clients and am now ready to move full speed ahead! Working many hours on marketing tools, networking with my local friend Chef John "Foodini" Deatcher and soon Ari Cohen (another new local Chef getting started) - along with the support of this organization, Candy and Den, there is no limit to the possibilities.
Candy... much love and respect. With you at the forefront, we are all sure to succeed.
Just follow the plan [business]fellow chefs... there is room and work for all interested in giving this your best! It could be slow in the beginning.. but perseverance and faith in your talent will always pay off!
I wish you all great success. When in doubt, come to this forum and call Candy too, she is always just a call away!
