Thanks Tracy for your valuable insight into my previous post! After mulling this over for quite some time, I have decided the best thing for my current situation is to be a private chef for a family for a year or so and then pursue the personal chef biz. Are there rules and regulations for private chefs? I wish I could find a website like this one for private chefs. Does anyone have any ideas on how to find a family that could use my services? I am in the Dallas area so surely there's someone out there in this big city!! Thanks for your great help!
