I've been lurking for a while and haven't seen this ? How do you provide your clients fresh salads? Also, how do you marinate your meats longer than an hour if you don't start in your home? Thanks for all your advice. Jennifer in NC

Hi Jennifer! You wouldn't want us to divulge ALL of our trade secrets would you? That's why we worked so hard developing the mateials, and that's also one of the benefits of the Private Member's Forums. Not all questions can or should be answered in the Open Forum.

Candy - I was afraid you would say that! And I admit I did feel guilty even asking, but you all have offered sooo much already, I just thought I'd ask! Thanks. Is there anyway to just buy the cookbooks on CD or do I have to buy the whole package? Thanks again!
