I have been doing online research about becoming a personal chef.So far I am aware of this organization and the USPCA. Can any one tell me there exeriences and which one they think is better and why? Also can anyone tell me where I can get information on how many PC's are in an area so I can find out if my town is saturated or not?

so far everything I read and see sounds great and I want to make the jump into being a personal chef.

Thanks,
Dave

Hello. Thanks for your post, but I think any discussion of which of the 2 National Associations is "better" is totally inappropriate. Neither one is "Better" than the other. Both Associations are outstanding, and both programs are road-maps to success as a Personal Chef. Read the archives, research both websites, talk to working chefs who are listed on the "Find-a-Chef" or "Hire-a-Chef" pages on both pages, and make a decision that you are personally comfortable with. No matter where you purchase your training materials, once you are out here on the "front lines" with us, we'll be happy to support you. Best wishes to you. Candy
