Hello! I thought I should introduce myself as I have been lurking the boards for the better part of a month. I have all my materials and even have my first cookdate next Tuesday. I am a stay at home mom (who needs a little sanity during the week) so I'm hoping that I will be able to book a few dates during the month. It's great seeing the support that everyone gives among the group!
Of course, you know that we will watch out, particularly, for your questions in our Forums for any questions which you may have to help you through your first cookdate, how exciting! Just to help keep you most at ease and efficient with that special day "IN the BIZ" too.

Just a little update on my cookdate. It went great!! I did a 4x4. My client came home just as I was finishing up and commented that her house smelled fabulous. She was extremely pleased!
Good for you! You must feel great to have such a successful first client! We have a client that has kids, and on a day they were home, one of the kids said "Oh, this is how great a kitchen can smell!" Cracked us up!
