I attended the seminar in Charlotte, NC this weekend and want to say I am so glad that I did! If anyone is undecided about taking the seminar, I believe that it is well worth the time and money. I had previously purchased the “home study†course and had lots of questions. The class not only answered all my questions, but also gave me a lot of information that will surely help with running my business. Jim Davis was the instructor and he provided us with lots of real life examples and stories. He was very knowledgeable and I now know exactly what to do to get my business up and running successfully. I am also much more confident and motivated. I know that if I need support in the future, Jim or someone else in the organization will be there to answer my questions or concerns. I completely agree with Kathy, the seminar was worth every penny and more. It gave the prospective chef all of the tools needed to go out the door and get started.
